The first HAB day began with two activities for the guests to enjoy, the Art Bazaar and the Workshop. The Gift wrapping class took place at the Studio at 10.00 am. Mrs Alida Torick led the workshop and started it with a casual introduction to the 8 participants. 8 ladies from different backgrounds and beliefs came to learn how to wrap gifts into a small paper shirt. The lesson was full of laughter and great conversation as they learned meticulous techniques to fold the wrapping paper correctly. The result was a cute shirt pouch to wrap irregular shape gifts and newly formed friendships due to the common interest in giving to others.

On the second day, Mrs Alida Torick made another lesson at the Studio for Christmas Ornaments. The materials were two wooden birds, also acrylic paints and brushes for every participant. Every wooden bird is decorated freely according to the individual's preference. At the end of the lesson, there are colourful Christmas ornaments that resemble flags, Christmas food and a funky black-and-white art piece.
