The Rooster is always on time and disciplined as it crows at the break of dawn. It marks the end of darkness and the arrival of light. The voice of a rooster in the morning is synonymous with welcoming a change and a new hope. It greets the morning with excitement. It is also a symbolic visual in inviting all communities to help each other and work together.
